What’s an ITSP?
Coredial’s model is unique. We put MSP’s ISP’s, VAR’s & Document Mgt Firms in the business of selling Hosted Pbx, SIP trunking & UCaaS features and functionality. Coredial makes its Partners ITSP’s (Internet Telephony Service Providers). Because they are the service provider, they realize Service Provider benefits:
- They own the customer. Coredial does not.
- They set the retail price, charging the customer whatever they want in order to be competitive, get the deal and decide how much they want to make on the particular account. This is a Wholesale- Retail Model. Partner’s do not sell Coredial services. They use our infrastructure and software to deliver their service.
- They enrich their brand. No one sees Coredial. It’s 100% Private-labeled.
- They control design of the service, productization, provisioning, pricing and install which gives them exceptional control of the customer experience.
Coredial makes this possible by providing Infrastructure as a Service to enable the telephony, Software as a Service to enable the Partner to Sell, Deliver, Manage, and Invoice the service. We also provide training& on-going support.
Since the new website is still not up, I have postponed any annual or monthly dues until the new site is live. That’s right, anyone who is currently a member is encouraged to stop in to vote for how we move this group forward.
